Enrollment cannot be enabled by changing a URL, query parameter, browser storage, or environment flag. The public service has no OAuth callback or enrollment API.

What installation means

The manifest installs this read-only setup/status pane, not background mailbox access. An authorized background service must separately authenticate and synchronize while Outlook is closed. No emails are sent and no calendar changes are made.

Before connecting an account

The account owner must authorize this exact app, account, read-only scopes, approved host, data exclusions, retention and downstream Hermes access. A work account also requires employer approval. If a tenant denies access, stop; this add-in is not a workaround.

Do not enter Microsoft credentials, tokens or mailbox content here. For an approved future service, only selected normal-sensitivity metadata is intended for sharing; no attachments or message bodies. Provider sensitivity alone does not prove employer protected-content policy compliance.
